  • Caps Front Logo: Graphics and text must fit into a 4.5" wide x 2.25" tall rectangular area. Each alphabet in the text portion must be NO SMALLER than 1/4" tall in the final design to be embroidered legibly.

    To put your logo onto any 1 front panel (above left eye or above right eye), graphics and text must fit into 2" wide x 2" wide square. Again, each alphabet in the text portion must be NO SMALLER than 1/4" tall in the final design size.

  • Caps Back/Side Panel Logo: Graphics and text should fit into a 4.5" wide x 2.25" tall rectangular area. Each alphabet in the text portion must be NO SMALLER than 1/4" tall in the final design to be legible.

  • File Formats Accepted: jpg, bmp, eps, psd, tiff
